  The young girl that made the sandwich was GREAT! The other one with the pink hair has an obvious attitude problem; interrupted the young one when we were telling her what veggies; when I was looking for the daily sandwich; her response “It’s right there in front of you”—how rude! I’m a regular at this store and the other lady that works there NEVER has an attitude like the one with the pink hair!

  Music was bad, listening to rap music with curse words? Common now… upon receiving my food..the package was thrown on the counter, she walked away… you need to show good customer service… you represent the establishment…She’s not a morning person, this woman didn’t deserve a tip!!

  Service usually good. Every now and then I have trouble communicating with one of the Micronesian women. When I said 1 foot Italian she heard: kids meal for some off reason. Then she said herb Italian. I had to tell her 1 foot Italian 5 times for it to trigger. Then she brought out a 6 in bread and said “six in” the other customers ended up hearing me raise my voice to her after that, which is what I don’t usually do. I’m use to going here to eat at least once or twice a week. I love my subway and I’m usually satisfied with their service. Communication is very important. Had I gone with whatever that woman was saying earlier my meal would have been completely different.
