  The service was great and they never tried to have hidden fees, they were very honest about it. They were super careful with my package and it arrived safely

  The customer service was beyond 10, the lady that was helping me was so nice and thats what the ALOHA spirit is all about. She deserves a recognition and she made it easy for me. This is not the first time dealing with UPS Kauai at Kukui Grive. But she was the best.

  I really don't like to say anything negative about working people. We are going through challenging times with Covid and everyone is trying to makes ends met. But I have to express my utter frustration and disbelief at the incompetence of an UPS employee at the Kukui Grove Store today who would be much happier working somewhere else and whose customers would benefit from his absence. He had no idea how to run the copy machines. He refused to believe me when I told him a paper was stuck in the machine and that's why it wouldn't scan my document. He finally managed to scan half my document, but when I asked him to email it to me, I only received one page. He said my document was not "saved" and couldn't explain why. He finally admitted he couldn't do the job for me. I actually feel sorry for him. This is not a job that he should be doing. He needs to find something else. I urge him to leave and find something that is more suitable to his personality and talents which I'm sure he has. He will be much happier and so will the customers. He totally blew me off after an hour of trying. I'm an employer so I know how hard it is to find competent help these days. But the experience I had today is inexcusable. For the benefit of UPS, the customers and our needs, he should leave ASAP and find something suitable to his experience and qualifications.
