This will sound too bad to be true and I don't enjoy writing reviews like this.
1st - the people who work at this store are not knowledgeable. That is being generous. Too many reasons to list here. Both technically, and from a product knowledge standpoint.
2nd - I added a line for a phone I already had (5th line). The people in the store did not put the line in correctly and ended up taking away the multiline discount off my account - so 3 days later my autopay overcharged me $70. After then correcting my account and putting it back on multi-line discount, NEITHER the store or Cricket customer service would refund or give me a credit for the overcharge (which they admit is an overcharge). The store said "well, I can't do anything about it", and corporate just said no, they won't do anything about it.
So from top to bottom, for every reason I can think of, AVOID Cricket. (though it's tempting because of their multi-line discounts.)
