  Fantastic customer experience. 10 out of 5 stars. I knew I had a curveball situation with my device no longer registering the network. I expected assistance from some kid that would panic and say there was nothing they could do to help. Instead, I got Kanani the professional who remained calm and collected and expertly maneuvered through multiple ways to restore service. We eventually found a solution in a replacement sim card.
