  Bobby is quite frankly, an extraordinary human being. His level of customer service at this UPS Store is borderline preposterous in the very best way. I’ve been coming for years to get miscellaneous things printed or returned. The man could be chartering five-star yachts, coordinating diplomatic summits, or personally arranging the arrival of royalty. Yet somehow he is here making sure your documents are printed with the utmost precision and benevolence. He goes above and beyond with such effortless enthusiasm that you almost feel guilty for asking him to print a piece of paper. In an era of increasingly transactional customer service, Bobby is a glorious anomaly. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help are a testament to his character. Bobby, you are a gem. The UPS Store is lucky to have you.

  Hostile Staff & Terrible Customer Service! Avoid this location if you expect standard retail service. I walked in to make a quick one-page copy, and when I went to the register to pay, the associate (Bobby) walked away from the counter into the back room to avoid ringing me up. After leaving exact change and briefly returning to retrieve a forgotten USB drive, both associates aggressively confronted me, falsely claiming I was "banned" from the store—a complete lie out of nowhere. When questioned, Bobby simply taunted me repeatedly on my way out. Looking at other reviews here, it's clear Bobby's rudeness and unprovoked hostility are a ongoing trend for this location. Management needs to address the unprofessional behavior happening at this store. Taking my business elsewhere.
