They didn’t have cucumber. Not hygienic. Staff didn’t use fresh knife for the order.

Food itself is fine its the staff that kinda makes the expirence bad, girl finished someone else's order and instantly is staring at me no comunication and then asks what I want...., I want to be welcomed so I know if your ready to make my food lol, they were out of most of thr meats so I understand the stress but no reason to get pissy becasue you have to actually work, sandwich was thrown together, she didnt separate cheese slices and set them on the bread still and 2 stripe of bacon are put vertical on the bread instead of horizontal, idk if that makes sense but hard to enjoy when its built not like a sub.
Final notes her failure to portion is going to cause unanswered questions for inventory vs. Sales, and the lack of communication will turn people away

Fix your a/c. It's disgusting that your employees and customers to breathe dirty air because you are too cheap to have basic maintenance done. It's been months of buckets to catch water, get it together...

The customer service was great. The food was not fresh. It was early in the morning so maybe they were using yesterday's batch. But eating fresh was not the case. Again, the employees were great.
