  This is a great UPS store. The bad reviews are mistaken I think. The staff who are mentioned in the bad reviews are familiar to me and I have always seen them working hard and doing their best to help everyone under a lot of pressure. If they were in a hurry with one customer I know that was because they were trying to get to the others who were waiting as well. So we can all be just a little patient and understanding.

  I wanted to express my frustration with the service I received today, June 30, 2025, around 12:15 PM at the Kamuela office. The male associate wearing glasses refused to accept my Amazon return because the three boxes weren’t taped together, even though there was only one QR code for the return. I explained that I didn’t have tape with me, and I was on my lunch break. Instead of offering a solution or showing understanding, I was told I needed to come back after taping them together myself. I now have to drive 45 minutes back home just to tape the boxes—this is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This experience felt very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. I hope steps are taken to ensure customers are treated with more empathy and provided with simple solutions, especially when they're following Amazon’s return instructions.
