    Today 4/3/26 around 8:40am ish my husband,son and I walked into Subway to be treated with such disrespect it was if we inconvenience your team member from eating and trying to be on her telephone through out the process she was very disengaged I caught her looking towards her food and table anytime she had ask us what type on items we would like her tone would come out annoyed once we got to sauce I stated light on two sauces she proceeded to squeeze a glob of sauce and when I asked to scrape some sauce off she proceeded to grab a bread knife to scrape the sauce off and decide to scrape the knife in the hole where you wipe any scraps off my husband stepped in and said we aren’t moving forward with our order due to your team member scraping a bread knife into a place with scrapes will go all while your team member decides to talk back and respond it’s not dirty and it’s cleaned giving major attitude making our interaction in your store we as customers should have to feel that we are a bother or some type of inconvenience with such a poor attitude

    I'm not sure why I even still try to come to this location I'm fairly consistently met with disappointment, but this most recent time takes the cake I ordered a sub on the app, was charged for it, showed up and they said that I didn't pay so they weren't going to make my sandwich I showed proof of payment in the app and on my Credit Card app, and she said sorry there's nothing she could do I asked for a refund and she said since the manager wasn't there she did all that she could and that I was not going to be getting a refund at this time I was told that when the manager is back from their meeting that they'll give me a call, I'm hoping that this one can be worked out and I can update my review But as of right now I'm down 10 bucks, I didn't get a sub, and I'm left feeling extremely frustrated
