  Most of the time everyone is so nice & helpful. I went in little more than 1 hour before closing Sunday Aug 9 asking them to print some documents. The associate, told me it was not going to be done in time before closing and I said ok let’s print what we can and I’ll be happy with less copies. She rolled her eyes at me, had a huge attitude as if I was asking her to do her job or something. I left and came back 20 minutes later she told me she printed 4 copies. — mind you the printer takes an actual 2 seconds to print a single page. So I waited and miraculously she got it all done, and within 23 minutes of closing. Upon checkout, she SLAMMED (not an exaggeration) the copies of papers on the counter, and then threw my receipt at me. After I spent $200. I was nothing but polite as I frequent this location and own a local business a few doors down. How embarrassing for her, the behavior towards a customer who simply asked a print shop to print some documents.

  I operate a small business. I was expecting two international shipments today. I had them delivered to the store as when UPS delivers they usually just drive by and not leave my orders. I received a email notification that my order was in and ready for pick up. I borrowed a truck and drove over to find a notice on the door that they were closed. I called the phone number for the store and was advised they should be open tomorrow. I’m so disappointed in this lack of service. May have to change my shipping carrier to FedEx so I can actually get my orders. Why did they send me a pick up notification if they knew the store was closed?

  incredible Service, the staff was absolutely awesome. Very attentive. Caring and considerate would definitely refer and use them again.
