  Staisy did not change her gloves before starting our sandwich’s and left them and the bag disgusting. She also hardly cut the bread and just mashed fist fulls of ingredients into the side. The sauce was just sitting on the top of the sandwich and then she chose to wrap them like this so that the sauce is all over the outside of the sandwich. I have been to a lot of subways and I know not to expect much but this was abysmal and it was all because Staisy was unwilling to put in the effort to make a real sandwich. This is the only subway I’ve ever been to that doesn’t actually cut the bread and put the ingredients on properly. What we got was messy bread with ingredients sitting next to it. I regret going here and I really wish we had gone to the subway down the street.

  Kona commons subway is on another level!! Soon as you walk in you can smell the cleaniness! Also Johnny is awesome! Manages everything and still has awesome customer service and he makes eye contact with entering customers even if he's on the line making sandwiches!! Even with a long line Johnny still keeps the environment good!!

  Johnny was fast, kind, and genuinely friendly! They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Easily one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had on the island. Much better than some of the other locations. Great service and a great attitude!

  Love the $8.99 Meal of the day on Thursday. I get a footlong Turkey on Thursday with chips and a drink for $12. Use the app to order ahead so u dont have to wait in line + get rewards & discounts with the app. Johnnie is super helpful, fast and efficient
