  Ordered online through the app, and when I got to the restaurant I was told by the employee that they voided my order because they do not participate in certain promotions through the app. I was not notified of any cancelation. So I had to wait for them to remake my order and pay again. I wish they would have contacted me to let me know my order was not made so I would not have to go there and wait longer and pay more. I'm so odindin done with this place. It's takes to long to get our food.🥀🫩

  Ordered online to buy one foot long get another foot long free. Cool the order went through. When I went down to pick it up i was told I was charged full price and they dont participate in those deals that sucks but ok. What made me mad is that they just charged my card anyway without my approval. How do they have the right to do that? Also not even an apology from employee. Not coming back here ever. This place is not tung tung sacool

  Customer service in here today was absolutely terrible. Lots of these reviews say the workers are rude for no reason and today showed me its true. Got a rude worker who she went make my sandwich but as aggressively as possible while making rude unnecessary comments to me having specific instructions on how to make it. And on top of the bs treatment the place was filthy. Looked to be soda spilled all over the sandwich prep station! I used to like this location but today was totally uncalled for! Will not be returning for some time. Plentyyy other places in that plaza to eat at.

  Awful customer service. Employee 1991 (cashier id#) had a major attitude, downright disrespectful. If you don’t like your job, quit, and save customers from your deplorable attitude. This location has horrible reviews over months and months. Management simply must not care otherwise changes would be made.
