  Lala and Arianna were extremely attentive and helpful with my time-consuming, complex issue. Throughout the various stages of my service transfer, various software updates and resets occurred (the technology's fault) prolonging the time it took to conclude the issue. Throughout the time, they were able to serve and resolve other customers with efficiency and courtesy, just as they'd consistently shown me. Lala and Arianna are solution-oriented, attentive, personable, and utilized critical thought to solve various customer issues. They're excellent ambassadors to the brand and Cricket is lucky to have them.

  I recently purchased a phone for an employee and Kiera was was my customer service person. In these modern times with so many young people NOT willing to work, Kieran is a true diamond in the rough..not only was she extremely knowledgeable about all products, but she is also hilarious. She made my day. I'm a new business owner here in Kailua kona, you can bet I'LL BE LOOKING TO RECRUIT HER IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. Thank you cricket! She is golden.

  Is one of the most confusing wireless companies that I will no longer be using 🤭
