  I love the UPS Store. We’ve had a box consistently for ~15 years in different places, but Jarretta and Brian are the best!

  Seriously? They won't tape a box? They charge $1.05 to put one piece of tape on your box even though you already spent money for shipping.

  I live in Kihei but me and my wife go to Kahalui UPS. They’re far superior in attitude and helpfulness than Kihei.

  Bizarre experience. This is my normal UPS store. I’ve been coming to the location for years. Today, while I was making a return, the lady scanned my phone and while I waited I placed my hand on the counter. She said “I’m sorry, no leaning” confused I said “I’m sorry, what?” She pointed out a bright orange sign that said no leaning. First, my hand was rested on the counter; I was not leaning on anything. 2nd I am a grown adult and felt like I was being scolded. It was truly an odd experience. As I left I saw multiple signs stating the same thing. Reminded me of a Seinfeld… I wondered… Is this the new soup nazi? Update: See below response from the store. Also an odd response. Simply resting my hand on the counter while waiting IS NOT LEANING. Furthermore, the fact that this is the response should tell u all you need to know about the environment you are entering. They’ve doubled down on alienating a long standing customer instead of simply apologizing for the inappropriate accusation and uncomfortable experience.
