    Food takes 5 years to be made, the ice was out, the bathroom was flooded, and the whole place is run down and gross. Nice workers tho and good food

    ordering on doordash, almost on hour 2 now and my dasher is telling me that they haven't even started yet due to them being short staffed, are they not allowed to just pause orders online if it takes so long to start on them??? update : it took 2 hours for my order to be completed and 2 different dashers waited like an hour

    I had placed an order online but accidentally made the order for asap instead of a later time. I called the location and they immediately hug up on me. thought it was a mistake so i called again and same thing. I called 10 times and hung up on me all 10 times. Edit: I called back 4 days later, someone answered on the first call and was able to issue a refund.

    The workers were friendly, and the food itself was great. However, the wait time was extremely long. I ordered an 8-piece wing combo with fries and a drink at 4:00 PM, but I didn’t receive my food until 4:45 PM. That’s entirely too long for such a small order. I also had to go back up to request ketchup, which I feel should have either been offered or placed in the bag from the beginning. Another thing that confused me was the lack of visible trash bins, so I ended up leaving my tray on the table. The atmosphere could also use some improvement. The TV volume was extremely loud, the restaurant felt a bit cold, and some of the tables had not been cleaned off. Overall, the food was good, but the long wait time and overall vibe make this a 3-star experience for me.

    Food was great, however, our entire order was messed up and the lady at the counter was very dismissive and us ordering seemed like the least of her worries… I ordered bone in wings and when I received them, they were boneless. My fiancé ordered tenders also dry and they put hot sauce on his order. They also forgot my veggie stick sides. I love Wingstop and will continue doing come again, but not to this location. The family next to us also got the wrong thing and brought it up to the lady at the register. They were very rude. I also had to wait in line to get the bathroom code and once I got the bathroom code, the code worked but was locked.
