  The store hours say they close at 2:30pm on Saturdays, however I just arrived at 2:06pm on a Saturday and they were already closed. Very disappointing. Parking is a nightmare also. I would not come to this store.

  UPS arrived at my office building, Finance Factors Center, and instead of leaving a notice they were here on the door, they left with my package and then sent the package back to its point of origin. I waited 3 weeks for the delivery of this package and in less than 24-hours, they returned it without making an effort to acknowledge they were here and how I could obtain the package. Our building has a security office with someone available 24-hours a day. Instead of reaching out to them on the FIRST FLOOR, they did nothing. AWFUL SERVICE !! Their customer service department has you calling India and dealing with their heavy accent / dialect. AWFUL !!

  Grateful for Vinny 🙏 I would like to use the words compassion loving caring definitely went out of his way to accommodate several people in front of me giving 100%. This location is so convenient to downtown I walked in as a new customer and was treated with so much respect I will definitely be back and recommend this location to all my friends getting a business card as I speak never change if any you are on the right path

  Great service from the in store employees. Not just this time- every time that I visit the Bishop St store. Vinny helped me this time and it was quick easy and a pleasure. Definitely worth recommending!!

  If you want rude service, this is the number one spot! The person who answered my call had a straight attitude when I asked why my package wasn't delivered when it said it was attempted, even though no one really showed up. I just mentioned that I had a Ring camera, and he got all mad. Now my package is being sent back, and he stated that it would be on the truck for delivery tomorrow. That wasn't the case, plus I requested for it to be redelivered to the address, but the package wasn't picked up and is now being sent back. Yeah not reliable and seems like the reviews are true!
