  I can't comment on the shipping service cause I didn't use it. It was very busy when I was there. It makes sense that they don't have time to answer every question. However, I used Bounce for dropping off my luggage. They were very helpful. Mahalo nui loa!

  Never felt the need or urge to leave a review, but I would avoid this particular UPS store if you could. The man working the front could use more training in customer service and professionalism. I was in line patiently waiting to be called and the guy(worker) just looks at me without acknowledgement (i.e. “I can help you”). It is evident that this worker doesn’t want to be there. This store just gives out a whole negative vibe. time/date check: 8/19 before noon
