  My wife drove out of her way on Sunday (as we speak ) during business hours and the door was locked with absolutely no sign out front. This is not how you conduct business. At least have a sign up saying you will return shortly.

  Avoid this store, especially for notary services. I made an appointment for a notary for 9am, but when I arrived at 9, I was told that the notary wouldn't arrive until 10. There was no apology or consideration for how this would impact my day, and only after I questioned why they advertised for a 9am appointment if their notary wasn't scheduled to arrive until 10, I was given a casual "sorry about that" with a smile which seemed quite disingenuous. I left and came back at 10 and was told that the notary would actually be there at 10:30. After then returning at 10:30, the notary took a brief look at my document and then told me that my ID was insufficient; I'm no longer a US resident and have a foreign driver's license. I'd previously verified my identity using my foreign ID at many other places on the island, including a financial institution, and on no place on my document or UPS's services description did it state that the ID needed to be US government issued. I do have a US passport, and so I confirmed with the notary that this would be acceptable. I also told him that my name changed due to marriage and that my passport was in my married name but the document I needed notarized required both my maiden and married names; I confirmed with him that this would be acceptable in combination with my marriage certificate (which I also presented). After I then returned to the store for the fourth time with my passport, I was told that I needed an additional ID with my maiden name on it. I've been married for many years and no longer have a valid photo ID with my maiden name on it. The notary was not interested in or sympathetic to this fact. He merely told me that he couldn't help me and turned his back to focus on another task. I called him back to get further assistance, but he abruptly advised me to make an appointment with a legal professional who might be able to help me and turned his back again. I am shocked and appalled by the lack of consideration, courtesy, and service I received.
