The aunties working are really nice and it's hard to work a job like that with people like downtown people this late in your life. I really appreciate the hard work that they do and how they manage serving people. People complain about wait times like they aren't in downtown. There's tons of people working here and you expect to get your food super quick? Of course there's going to be a wait, it's common sense. The aunties are doing the best they can and if you manage your more wisely and use your brain and order ahead online then your food will be ready for you when you get there.
Speaking of ordering online, I see several people walk in straight to the register side and wait their turn for the register to be free real quick and ask for their online order and it is already made so there really isn't a problem with the aunties, it is just your time management that is so poor that will stop you from getting your food in time.
The ONLY complaint that I have is that the servings seem quite small and they BARELY have any coupons, if any. I try using any of the deals at the Alakea location and it is always that this store does not support promos. I would assume that this store would be making a decent amount of money since it is located so close to Iolani palace and they can afford to be able to support the deals there but it is what it is. I just hope that this location can opt into the deals more often then I will eat here more. Good job subway thank you for always making yummy sandwiches!

Personally had really good service from the Aunties working behind the counter, the sandwich was delicious and the bread was fresh. I've had bad experiences at other Subways so I will come back to this one, I also noticed the prices were like one dollar cheaper. Store was nice and clean too.
They make the neatest yet fully loaded subs! Some of the other subway franchise are stingy; this one isn't (or at least, the particular sandwich artist who makes my sandwich). Be nice to the people who handle your food. The picture is after I tore the other 6 inch; second lunch in 3 hours. Delish! Thank you!
Just a regular Subway. The staff is quick and knows how to turnover sandwiches for those quick downtown lunches. I always order ahead online if I can and I've never had an issue with my platters or sandwiches being late. They're also happy to pack stuff on the side like mustard, mayo, jalepenos, etc. that not everyone might want on a sandwich. Space is small but there are tables outside. Also, a Starbucks next door.
