  The worst ever. The staff in not knowledgeable in shipping live fish and acted like they knew the policy's in the consumer website but did not act accordingly. I brought my fish in on Monday and was denied. The staff kept going back and forth from the window to the back I guess to pray that I would leave. To no avail they did not have any information on shipping live fish and when they did find something it wasn't on the website!!! The large woman with glasses please educate your staff and yourself. You stressed out my day as well as my fish please get help in knowing the policies at where you work. Do better it will help you in the long run

  I’m not sure where the negative comments about customer service originated, but my experience was outstanding. Ms. Golden was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. While I was arranging my shipment, I also observed other FedEx team members engaging positively with customers. There was no wait, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. This location has earned my business and will be my go-to FedEx store moving forward.

  Every single person in this place was extremely helpful! These ladies are KILLIN it! Probably the most beautiful view of any FedEx facility in the world too. Thank you, to the entire staff for helping me out when packages were delayed. All of the effort you all put in absolutely makes the world go round. Will be paying your kindness forward this week!
