  The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I needed a poster printed at the last minute, and they came through and saved the day.

  Ask for price bubble pack no aster just said he took care and wrap for me and charge me the price really high price if u tell me first the price I won't packed with this store

  The worst experience in FedEx ever. Their store manager Greg is very rude and unhelpful. In situations where other employees usually helped me, this dude acted like he is there just to exist. First, when I approached the desk, he made me wait for 5 minutes before asking what I needed. I told him I needed to print documents on gloss text paper. He said I should do it on my own at the self-help printers. When I said there are no such option there, because those printers work only with usual papers, so these situations consultant’s help required, he tried to put pressure on me to go to self help printers. When I tried to send it to self-help printers email and twice got error and asked his help, he refused. Wasted 20 minutes of my break at work to come here and returned with nothing. This dude definitely should work on his attitude.
