  My Father has suddenly passed and I didn't have my passport to go home so I had it sent via overnight, it was going to be delivered at this specific location, I just want to say a big thank you to FedEx Employee Chuck for helping me with every step of the way, he assisted me with everything going above and beyond a regular employee, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you Fedex.

  Two different days...Day 1. I needed to print my daughters art to make a Birthday invite for for her friends to join her at Minions and Monsters. The two employees were very helpful. But i forgot the art in the printer. I called and they were polite and said. "art located." Day 2 I went to pick up the art and the manager Chuck was asked by his colleague to look for the art. He walked to counter and said he would call me later after looking for 2 seconds literally. He said he had other business and basically told me to pound sand despite me having paid him the day before. Pretty sure that makes me a customer. But not in Chuck's eyes. I asked him if he could call the people who worked yesterday, but the incredibly competent manager said he didnt have the time. No time to make a minute phone call for a customer looking for his daughters art??? This is the classic example of having the wrong person in charge. He wont get my business ever again. Stay away from this place!
