  Our company regularly uses DHL for international shipping. We're currently displaced from our office due to a fire. I was thrilled to learn of this location conveniently located in town, saving me a drive to the airport location. They're even open on Saturdays! Super helpful staff who assisted in completing the shipping documents. I suggested that they should partner with the hotels to facilitate shipping souvenirs home for visitors. I will definitely return to this location.

  After having an unpleasant experience at the FedEx store, I was walking home and saw a bright yellow sign on the building. Went home and looked up DHL online, and really liked what I found. Got on my computer and entered the information, printed shipping labels then headed to this location for drop-off. Signs reading to the office were very clear, very easy to find. I was greeted with a smile, he examined my package, explained everything and it was painlessly done. He made a great suggestion to take some pictures of the package as proof, and to keep the tracking handy. I wish I knew about this place before. He explained how great and reliable DHL is and that made me feel really good about trusting them to hand my important documents over. Thank you for your amazing service.

  Great place, very convenient with lots of parking. Customer service was amazing, very helpful and patient with me sending my parcel off to the Philippines.

  Such a great customer experience coming down here and sending some important docs. Robin was patient and explained everything regarding the process since it was my first time doing this kind of delivery. Although I will say that the process can be a bit expedited since the line to process anything can take a while and wait time can easily extend to 30 mins. My package did get received and very satisfied with going with this DHL. Will be coming back here if I need the service for sure!
