Avoid this location at all costs!
I have traveled and lived in dozens of countries, and this is by far the rudest, most unprofessional, and most baffling store clerk I have ever encountered.
Even before I asked for her help, she approached me with an incredibly hostile attitude, despite this being our very first interaction. She spent the entire time using her own twisted logic to educate me and try to prove me wrong. She appears to be in her 30s, but her maturity level and attitude are completely stuck in a high school mean girl mentality.
To make matters worse, she was actively on a loud, passionate phone call with her boyfriend the entire time she was supposed to be helping me. Half the time, I couldn't even tell if she was talking to me or to him.
Furthermore, it took her 20 minutes just to activate a brand new iPhone. During that time, she inexplicably created a brand new Apple ID for me. I had absolutely no idea what she was actually doing on my device for that long. Because her behavior was so sketchy, the very first thing I did when I got home was connect the phone to my computer and perform a complete factory reset just to ensure she hadn't installed any potential malware or spyware.
I honestly have no idea why Cricket Wireless would hire someone like this to completely ruin their company’s image.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The employee working at this Cricket store refused to help me with a simple SIM card issue and behaved extremely unprofessionally. After waiting about 20 minutes while she was on a personal video call, she became hostile when I asked a basic question about whether the replacement SIM card would solve my problem.
Instead of helping, she threw my phone on the counter, accused me of “trying to be smart,” and told me to “get out of my store.” She also refused to give me her name or provide any information about how to file a complaint.
I was left without phone service and without assistance, and had to rely on a stranger to help me find another location.
Fortunately another Cricket store helped me immediately and resolved the issue in minutes.
I also have video evidence of this interaction. This type of behavior should not happen in customer service.

This location is awesome! Lele & Jay did an amazing job helping me & were so helpful! Bought me a new phone & also a portable battery pack. Best purchase ever!
