  It is very convenient to be able to drop Amazon returns at the UPS store, but I was very surprised and not happy finding out that I was getting charged $2.09 because the box wasn't taped. Really?? For 5 cents worth of tape?? I never had this problem before, but apparently it's a new policy that I was completely unaware of, otherwise I would've taped it myself!

  Very bad customer service from the store manager that refused to assist me at corporate level for a return item because Amazon did not show the items delivered but an Email from UPS stated the opposite. It is not that she couldn't but she did not even offered to assist me. She is the manager and exhibits this type of example for her customers and staff. Need a change!!!
