  Horrible experience, shipping a $200 package for $70 from this Eva Beach UPS store, only for them to lose my package delivered to wrong house and then outright deny my claim after a supposed “thorough investigation was conducted” but yet provided zero reports detailing what actions they took or what questions were asked. Delivered to a blue house, my package was supposed to be a yellow house. UPS Capital is the company supposedly handling UPS’ claims, they just deny claims as standard procedure and state “we know this is not the outcome you have hoped for, you may add any additional information to your claim on the website”. Well the website only allows one brief description sentence, only allows uploading photos. All part of their design to deny your claim. Provided evidence supporting my case, denied again a few days later with same verbiage. Shows you UPS Capital is a scam. UPS you are trash nowadays, absolutely zero accountability and credibility!!! I will ship now with your competitor FedEex.

  This is my go to spot for Amazon returns and the staff are so friendly and helpful and patient. I had a question and called today and even over the phone, I got the same service. Love visiting this location!
