  I ordered ranch to go online, just to have none, but somehow they were able to give me ketchup packets and utensils.

  The people working there were nice but they forgot my entire sandwich. I didn’t notice until I got home. I’m not driving 30 minutes round trip to get it so I basically paid for a combo and only got fries. The fries were good though.

  Probably just a bad visit, no ice for drinks, fountain drink were warm too. Order took a while too because I happened to be behind a huge take out order. No, towels in the bathroom, sticky tables all, and slick floors. Wings are fine, nice and crispy but flavors are mild.

  July 1,2026 that afternoon ordered 40 wings , fries and celery. Didn’t receive my season fries and lemon pepper wings weren’t as good as they use to be 3 months ago. I don’t know every time you go in it’s new workers. Now it’s Latino and the flavor isn’t the same. It’s not about ethnicity but about proper training. Every worker should do to wing stop regulation standards. Obviously people fixing the way they want to. I’ll give this branch one more try but if the same I’m done. Plus check your orders before you leave, I didn’t get my full order. Hate having to drive back because I didn’t confirm everything was there. I know better next time
