  The worst UPS store you could possibly come across. Every employee is rude. You can tell the owners set the standard of being dismissive and rude. No matter who I encounter in that location they are not helpful, they act as if you are bothering them and they just can’t wait for you to leave. And don’t ask a question, the woman who’s an owner will chew you out. Please go to any UPS just stop going to this one so they can close. They don’t deserve to be in business.

  I have been in this store many times. There is an employee who deserves a shout out, his name is Kendrick. He is always helpful, patient and pleasant. UPS is lucky to have him as an employee.

  I was treated very rude today. I am trying to return a Amazon order. I brought the QR code and in the email from Amazon it declared clearly that No label and no Box needed. But the female staff try to use the Amazon bag I brought with. Since there is my personal info on the bag, I told her this is my bag and in the email nothing needed from me except for the QR code. She said, "if you don't let me use your Amazon bag, I have to put your return in a clear bag and put the label on it". I feel I was threatened, since I didn't let her use my bag, she will put my return in a clear bag, so people handling that knows the what's inside. I remember last time I return Amazon stuff in UPS or Khols, they all put return in a box. I am now kind of worrying about the return whether can be delivered back to Amazon. and whether I can get my refund or not. (She appears to be South Asian, with dark hair). Last time in UPS I was treated rudely by a male staff (appears to be South Asian too), the package I paid to delivered eventually failed to be delivered. I will track my amazon return this time and see what will happen

  A female worker is so rude, that work there. I can be patience but rudeness is not what I will tolerate. Beware !!!!

  Love the associates at this store! Especiallu the guy with the dreadlocks! They are sooo kind and helpful!
