  The staff here are always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at this center. I have always been greeted with a smile (even during very busy peak seasons)!

  The associate asked me what was in the box that I was shipping to my mother. I told him that there was a framed picture of our son, a key chain, a card, and a small bottle of perfume that was bubble wrapped. He proceeded to open the box, and google the ingredients of the perfume. He said that I could not include that with the rest of the items. I was charged over 17 dollars for the other items that I could have just placed in my mailbox. NOT HAPPY. And, will never use this location to ship anything ever again.

  State of Georgia - city department was closed!! I came into the UPS panicking due to documents need to be filled, notarized and emailed back. Also, needed documents printed for tomorrow's travels out of the country. Thank you Garrett for your professional, expert and calm me down help today. Owner: Robert and his team are amazing!! They not only take care of all your printing needs, packaging but sooo much more!! Thank you for phenomenal customer care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  What a great experience! I was able to get a large "Happy Birthday" yard sign personalized for my daughters birthday party! The picture turned out better than expected! The staff was fast and efficient. I will definitely use the UPS service again for all of my signs and banners.
