  I frequent this subway about 4 times a week. It is always clean, well stocked and the employees are warm and welcoming everytime. The manager is so sweet and accommodating. Definitely recommend 10/10

  Always the nicest people working here when I come in. Very talkative staff but in a friendly real human way.

  I don't really understand how anybody could possibly talk bad about the new manager. She is absolutely awesome. These people are, so petty and they cry, and whine about the tiniest stuff, oh, my gosh, I didn't get to use my $2 reward. Let me make a huge scene, because I'm a spoiled brat with nothing better to do.. The new manager has flipped that store around so well, it is so incredibly clean. She has pretty much gotten a whole new staff. Because the old staff was not a very good set of people. And she goes above and beyond every day, I go in there to make sure I get everything that I need to make sure that I am happy Hands down the best Subway in Woodstock.I don't care what anybody else says.I will never go to any other subway ever again. Every time I go in there, no matter who is working.They always have a smile on their face and they are always ready to help me Always ask me how my day is going And make sure to tell me to have a wonderful blessed day. I think this store has done a complete 360 since the last manager finally left. Keep up the hard work, guys.You are doing an absolutely phenomenal job in this place.me and all of my friends and family will be back

  Whoever this manager is--she's a complete disaster. I had a Subway reward owed me, I went to the register to use the reward and the manager said "this is an online promotion, so it's not my problem"!!! Are you kidding me??? She clearly is CLUELESS when it comes to customer service. I actually heard her bragging to a customer that the last manager provided "too much" customer service and that she will never make that mistake !!! True story. I just wish there was some way to let the owner know what a truly wretched manager he has running his store. It would be impossible to be worse than her. The tenants had a get-together at our business park down the street a few weeks ago and the all told me they were DONE with this Subway--I felt the need to visit it myself after that to see how bad it was. Wow was it bad!
