  This place has really turned around. The new manager is very informed on everything and very fast and amazing.With the customers.

  I have actually avoided this place for a while because of the other manager that was extremely slow and talked way too much. My coworker and I decided to give it another chance and i'm assuming the company finally got rid of the old manager and got a new one. I can tell a drastic difference in this store. They are never out of anything anymore, the story is exceptionally clean, and you can obviously tell that the manager cares about her job. Thanks subway for finally bringing a good one in!!

  So I'm not sure as to why the last person left a review like she did.Because that is not true at all. When you leave a review , please make sure that you have all of your facts straight. And just because you don't get your way on something does not mean that you can flat out lie on a review for a business. This Subway is absolutely fantastic.And everybody working here is amazing. The new manager is extremely efficient and very good at her job. Keep up the great work!!!! My family , friends and colleagues will always come to this location just because of the manager. We just love her!!!

  Whoever the new manager is hopefully won't be someone who is around long. She said the last manager was "demoted" because she was helping the customers too much! I ordererd one of their good-deal 3.99 subs, and she said if I added so much as one little black olive to the sub, she would charge me extra! Probably the only Subway in America with that kind of policy. What a shame--I won't be back until this person gets fired.

  Ordered on the app at the Woodstock location on 92 and picked up on the drive thru. Sandwich did not have mayo as asked, was soaked in vinegar to the point of destroying the bun making it inedible, chips were wrong chips and drink was supposed to be bottled pepsi but was fountain drink instead. Very poor experience. I usually have a decent experience here but this was not good.
