  What a terrible lady that's managing the place now. I used to start my morning by coming to this Subway because it was one of the few that actually opened at 9:00 a.m. but now it doesn't even open till after 10:00

  I eat at Subway pretty often and usually don’t think to leave a review, but the lady working today absolutely deserved one! She had such a welcoming, friendly attitude and made coming in genuinely enjoyable instead of just a quick get-in-and-get-out experience. She was incredibly easy to talk to and, on top of that, made the perfect sandwich! I’m sometimes disappointed by how little of certain toppings I get, but she made sure everything had the perfect amount. When I asked for extra, she actually gave me extra—no skimping at all! Great customer service, great attitude, and a perfectly made sandwich. Highly recommend!

  Whoever this manager is--she's a complete disaster. I had a Subway reward owed me, I went to the register to use the reward and the manager said "this is an online promotion, so it's not my problem"!!! Are you kidding me??? She clearly is CLUELESS when it comes to customer service. I actually heard her bragging to a customer that the last manager provided "too much" customer service and that she will never make that mistake !!! True story. I just wish there was some way to let the owner know what a truly wretched manager he has running his store. It would be impossible to be worse than her. The tenants had a get-together at our business park down the street a few weeks ago and the all told me they were DONE with this Subway--I felt the need to visit it myself after that to see how bad it was. Wow was it bad!
