  Ordered online: Honestly I feel bad for the worker who was here. She was the only one on staff and got hit with the worlds worst rush. Honestly corporate needs to have more than one person on staff. She worked very hard to make sure I was well taken care of, but this location seemed severely understaffed and that's NOT her fault.

  Corporate needs to take this store away ASAP. I ordered online and they didn’t even put any of the sauces I asked for. Had to eat a Dry Sandwich. Also placed an online order 30 mins before I came in and the Employee tells me it just came thru. Either the owner doesn’t care enough to fix the online ordering or they don’t train well. I’ve also had previous bad experiences such as trying to come in an hour before close and them having their lights off and doors lock when the sign on their door says otherwise. I hope this reaches the owner because they don’t have an idea of what’s happening. Please fire whoever is managing because they aren’t obviously managing

  The sandwich artist was excellent. He made the sandwiches perfectly and was such a friendly and polite person. We enjoyed eating in the shop as we usually take our sandwiches home. He was very informative about meals which included drinks and chips. Definitely will eat at this location again.

  I had multiple problems with this establishment. A few months ago, after placing an order online, I come to pick up to find out that they are out of bread and would not provide me a refund for the paid order. Just yesterday I placed 2 orders online and they went through and got charged. Upon arriving to pick it up, I waited 30 minutes and they had only made one of the sandwiches. When I politely requested my other order, the employee refused to acknowledge my order and claimed it had not come through without even stopping to check and proceeded by ignoring me while he assisted other customers that would come in. His coworker then came from the back and started assisting other people. When I saw him making their sandwich, he was putting both his hands scratching his head with the gloves he was using to make the food and didn't replace it. He then proceeded to drop some cheese on the floor, and picked it up and, again, did not change his gloves or even tossed the compromised cheese. I saw him going staight back to the bun and rubbing his hands with the dirty gloves all over. That was when I left, as it was not worth my time, or the money I spent to be given this type of service. I am not one to write reviews but this place is outrageous. Never going back. 👎🏻
