Tracy was very helpful and patient in helping me get a new auto and homeowner insurance policy for myself. She answered all my questions and asked technical support if she did not know.

I’ve been a longtime customer with Longyear Insurance and Allstate for my homeowners insurance and have always had excellent service. A year ago I moved my auto insurance from another carrier to them as I was unhappy with the service and rapidly escalating prices from the previous carrier. I continue to be very satisfied with Mr Longyear and all of his staff. They continue to provide excellent care and service, and they saved me a significant amount in my premiums!! Wish I’d made the move sooner.
