  Love the vibe of this store. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by such a good energy. I was only coming in to see what the hype was about Michael Kors and ended up spending way to much but completely worth every penny and every amazing conversations with the lovely ladies. I would definitely recommend for great gifts and the deals.

  So helpful with helping me pick my mom a gift. The employees all came together to help me find the prefect purse and wallet bundle for her. The ladies saved the day. I will always return to this store for help.

  HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Was in a couple weeks ago with my friend. Since this location opened, I have spent THOUSANDS (watches, bags, clothes) of dollars to be met with dismissive, condescending attitudes. This is not the way the brand should be represented. So I took my business to Coach and guess what...they we're helpful and didn't mind taking my money. And talk about judgement!!! I'm heavily tattooed and my friend is gay, we were ignored, judged, and not helped while others coming in behind us we're greeted with smiles galore! DO BETTER!!!!

  Very condescending staff. Would not go back. Coach treated me so much better and truly made me feel welcome. This place made me feel so unwanted and uncomfortable.
