  I originally found Stephanie through a Facebook group when my husband and I were buying our new home. She helped us get our homeowners insurance set up, found us a really great rate, and also helped us switch our auto insurance from State Farm. We ended up saving around $300 a month on our auto, which was a huge difference for us. we’ve continue to have a great experience with the Lydia Rivera Agency. Whenever we reach out, everyone is friendly, helpful, and makes it easy to get the answers we need. I’m really glad I found Stephanie through Facebook and would definitely recommend her and the agency.

  We had Progressive before and switched to the Lydia Rivera Agency a while back. Stephanie helped us save around $300 a month, which was a huge difference for us. Since then, anytime we’ve had a question or needed something changed, the agency has always been quick to respond and help us out. Stephanie has been great to work with and makes everything easy. We’ve been really happy with the service and are glad we made the switch.

  Stephanie in sales was great and helpful. However, the claim process and communication afterward have been extremely disappointing. My wife was hit, and after filing the claim, no one contacted us to check on us, provide updates, or explain what was happening with her car. We understand claims take time, but my wife has been left without a vehicle even though the accident was not her fault plus All state should be ashamed of themselves not trying to at least put your customer in a rental . The lack of communication is unacceptable. We already paid for six months, so I will consider changing my review once that six-month period is over.

  I've been with Lydia Rivera's office for 20+ years because they are superb at responding and doing right by their customers. Would not go anywhere else for my insurance needs. House + 3 cars insured. I recently called Maria and she was super quick to address my needs by reviewing my policies and going over my questions and making suggestions for adjustments to my policies to get me the coverage I need and save me money on my policies. Amazing!!! :)
