In the event of an emergency, this location was kind enough to invite be so that we could make it to court on time. We were so grateful for their kindness and we made sure to go back and pay the invoice. Kindness is so rare in this day and age and we sincerely appreciate the hearts of the people at this location. I came to do amazon return as always to this store and today i came in i see new associate vlad was his name and he was rude even i box was tape he said its customer pack it has to be tape. I am regular customer but what i have expierence with new assoicate vlad i will not be return to this store for future business. I had if i want mailbox what is process he said he doesnt know he has to ask his manger. very bad customer service and very rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Disappointed because the new young guy did not scan my returns when I dropped them off. As a result amazon is requesting that my packages be dropped off before issuance of credit. Ma'am, Sir I did already.
