  Very disappointing experience. This location says it opens at 7:00 AM, so I placed an order for 7:15 AM and my payment was accepted. I arrived around 7:30 AM, only to find the door locked. An employee was inside, saw me standing there, and still did not open the door. I called the store and was told they had a large school order and therefore were not open yet. That doesn’t make sense when the store accepted my order and took my money in the first place. If a large order was going to take priority, the store should have temporarily stopped accepting orders or updated its hours. The sandwich was for my child’s lunch, so this wasn’t just an inconvenience it left me scrambling after I had already placed and paid for the order. Taking customers’ money and then refusing to fulfill an order because you decided another order was more important is not good business practice. Very frustrating and honestly unacceptable.

  They give excellent service and are so sweet! Definitely worth a trip if you want a delicious sandwich!!

  The food was not good or prepared properly even though she was standing right in front of me. She was just putting random things on my sandwich without asking the service sucked and I don't know what to say about the atmosphere to be honest, but I will not be going there again. Personally, I've been to a lot of subways and by far this was the worst one

  April 28, 2026. 9:10 pm. Store closed with people inside cleaning. Store hours posted online and in the door show 10:00 pm. This is bad business
