    The store hours are a secret. They aren’t correct on google and they aren’t posted on the door.

    If you have anything of value or of importance do not ship with them. Go somewhere else. Anywhere! Save yourself the time, money and hassle. UPS is incompetent and not only didn’t ship a very important package to the correct location but also damaged it while shipping it to the wrong location. They also refused to take any liability or refund anything for the shipping costs of $171 and the damaged package itself which was over $800.

    Great experience today, as always! I needed a box for an Amazon customer-packed order. The staff offered to get me a used box from the back to help me so I didn’t have to come back or purchase a large expensive box.

    I had an Amazon return, they charged me extra fee for printing. And had a rude attitude. I will formally make a complaint too
