I went in today to the UPS store for fingerprints. Alexis, Alex, and Rose were working. These three are the dream team! They were polite, professional, and very helpful! The atmosphere was pleasant and courteous! This was my second time going through the fingerprinting from a different UPS Store. I’d recommend this store and experience over anywhere else. Thanks, guys, for making our experience painless and drama-free!!! Your personalities in a public place are second to none!!

Hey UPS! I would like to say, their could not be a better employee than Mr Darryl! My experience with him has always been pleasant, and very satisfying. However, nothing can express my gradtitude towards him on this recent encounter while visiting your store. First of all, he displays incredible customer service skills. Secondly, his outstanding knowledge of job details about shipping and handling was impressive. Not to mention, I was struggling with my package. But his eagerness to assist me has been the best experience! Keep up the good work!

I was in the middle of a major move, working against a tight deadline, and showed up right when they opened with containers I had packed myself and a lot of stress. I wasn’t sure what my best shipping option was, and they took the time to walk me through everything.
They explained the advantages and disadvantages of shipping my containers as they were versus having them professionally repacked, including cost, protection, and shipping considerations. There was no pressure, just honest information that helped me make the right decision.
Once I chose to have the items repacked, they handled everything professionally and efficiently. My packing job was definitely more “last-minute scramble” than organized, but they never made me feel rushed or judged. They simply got to work, took care of everything, and made the process easy.
What impressed me most was how generous they were with their time and how genuinely helpful they were throughout the entire experience. This was the start of a very hectic day, and I walked in feeling overwhelmed. I walked out feeling like one major problem had been completely taken off my plate.
For context, this is my tenth military move. I’ve worked with movers, shipping offices, transportation providers, and customer service teams all over the country. The professionalism, patience, and care Alex and Amanda showed stood out among the best experiences I’ve had.
Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and they absolutely earned this review. Thank you both for making a stressful move a whole lot easier.

Recently went to ship a package. Apparently I didn't have a ship able box according to the guy helping me. I brought in sufficient packing materials as well. The way the guy came across to me wasn't professional to me. I was also charged an additional $16 for a boxthat was way bigger than needed, packing for the bigger box, and a packing service. I called the store the next day and talked to the manager and nothing was done to solve the additional cost or the professionalism of the guy working there. I then contacted the owner. When they noticed who I was referring to as being unprofessional, " well that is our STAR associate in all our stores". I knew then wasn't nothing going to happen to fix the problem on either issue. I won't be back to ship from that store for sure
