  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After having such a frustrating experience elsewhere, coming to this UPS Store was a complete breath of fresh air! Sanaa was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, welcoming, and immediately helpful. She knew exactly what I needed, got everything handled quickly, and had my package ready to go with zero stress or confusion. Her customer service was genuinely outstanding. Sanaa was efficient, professional, and made the entire experience so easy. This is exactly how customers should be treated! She completely turned my frustrating shipping experience around, and I truly appreciate her. Give Sanaa her flowers—and a raise! 🌸👏🏽 I will absolutely be coming back to this location. 10/10 customer service! 📦⭐️

  I’ve had a great experience at this UPS store. I was working on base but I needed a good place to send and receive packages. Not only was this affordable and easy to set up a mailbox, but the staff was incredibly kind and so was the owner. Every time I’ve had a package delivered, I’ve been in and out of the store within a few minutes and I’ve started to become recognized by the staff! I would most definitely recommend this store for your sending, receiving, and return needs. While I probably won’t need this service in the future, I would recommend this store to a friend and I would return here too.
