  I went to order one of there 3.99 wraps but i didn't want lettuce or tomatoes on it and they said i had to get what it said. I turned around and walked out. They said i have to get it just as it says on the board but the board doesn't say no substitutions. Bad Bad advertisement.

  Usually when I go to subway I am served by the young man and he has excellent service, very understanding and friendly. The past couple of times I have been there I have been served by the women, in which they are always talking very loudly on their Bluetooth and blatantly ignoring customers and even sometimes rolling their eyes. And I’m not even gonna sugar coat it, ever since the subway got bought and became “family owned” I feel like the quality of the food has reached an all time low. This used to be my favorite sub place and now it’s just a regular nasty fast food chain. I’m very disappointed.
