  I honestly wish you could just clone the staff at this store and put them in every advance auto parts. The guy at the counter answered every question I had, knew what he was talking about and was genuinely helpful. There was a hiccup with one of the parts sold to me and I went back the next week. The manager helped out with this transaction and although she didn't need to she made sure I was all set with anything else I might need. The store is great, and they do have everything you need, but the five stars is honestly for the people.

  Let me just say this, if there’s anything I know it’s quality parts and good customer service, and let me tell you, this one lady there, I think her name was Paula I’m not too sure, she not only helped me find the best quality parts and good but she did it with a smile and a lot of kind words. I will definitely be back here as soon as my car has a problem, I know I’ll be in good hands.

  Cheyenne and Jacquelyn at Advance Auto Parts are hands down the best in town! They always provide excellent customer service, are incredibly friendly, and go above and beyond to help. If they don’t have the part I need, they always find a way to get it for me quickly. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend this store because of them!

  I loved to thank Cheyenne Bostick for helping me I had to order a bunch of parts for my 94 Camaro, which is an older vehicle so not many parts are in store. The moment the parts arrived. She quickly informed me in the time that she got them to me was excellent. I’m really trying to get this old car back on the road and she helped make this process so much easier I can’t wait to go in and buy more parts from Cheyenne. She also gave me advice and a cheaper brand that still makes the same parts trying to help me save money and still get quality!
