  The women that appeared to be a manger was rude about me picking up parts. I was disgusted with her behavior and she hid in the back after i came back in.

  I would like to thank Lopaz and the other young man. So sorry I forgot your name. I was driving and my wiper got stuck stopped at Advanced Auto they repaired thank you again, awesome customer service!

  I honestly wish you could just clone the staff at this store and put them in every advance auto parts. The guy at the counter answered every question I had, knew what he was talking about and was genuinely helpful. There was a hiccup with one of the parts sold to me and I went back the next week. The manager helped out with this transaction and although she didn't need to she made sure I was all set with anything else I might need. The store is great, and they do have everything you need, but the five stars is honestly for the people.

  Cheyenne and Jacquelyn at Advance Auto Parts are hands down the best in town! They always provide excellent customer service, are incredibly friendly, and go above and beyond to help. If they don’t have the part I need, they always find a way to get it for me quickly. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend this store because of them!
