  Very kind staff! Jack, who was at the front desk and checked me in, was helpful and polite and was able to extend my stay with no hassle. The entire place is beautiful, with gorgeous views, clean rooms, a calm atmosphere, and everything you need for the perfect weekend away. Love it here 😊

  The front desk guy Neil is awesome.. he was very accommodating and helpful. He has great customer service: He made sure I was checked in efficient. He greets you every-time the doors open. He always present at the front desk. Neil is an outstanding employee!

  It's amazing here. I would have my wedding here one day. Jack , at the front desk, is amazing as well. Customer service was top notch.

  Jack at the front desk welcomed us and gave us a beautiful room. We had a view of the grounds and mountains. This hotel is a gem tucked away in Warm Springs. If you are going that way definitely stay here it’s the nicest hotel in the area. Ask for the front desk manager Jack, he will take great care of you

  Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a great ambiance and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was very comfortable for the whole family. A special shoutout to Neil for the excellent customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and family-friendly stay!
