  If zero stars were possible i would give this location zero!!! My husband went in to cancel his service and join another provider and the rep (alex) accidentally cancelled his phone number as well!! if you have ever had to change phone numbers you know what a pain that can be! anyways there is a way to get his phone number back BUT they wanted US TO PAY $70 for another month of service to reinstate the number when it was their accident in the first place!!!!! so i called the corporate number and apparently the individual branches dont even have the authority to cancel a number and yet somehow they managed to do it and the corporate rep told me the branch should be able to reinstate it for free but the manager refused !! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CRICKET AND ESPECIALLY NOT THIS BRANCH!!

  The employees here are not a good representation for your company. They were outside on the phone, smoking, and being extremly loud. Was considering service but based on what was representing your company on the sidewalk in front of your store, I will not even consider it.
