Monique assisted me today and that was the worry customer experience I’ve ever received. I felt as she was rushing me out the store during our whole interaction. During the process of me trying to get a new phone activated she seemed real pushy and like I was an inconvenience. With that being said I left the store!

I like cricket but DREAD going to this location. Literally I drive out of my way to go to other crickets. The staff is not helpful or friendly and they will lie about how plans work, and insurance just to make a sale, you literally can not handle anything at this location, if you have an issue, call another store!
