  “Hayden” and “Claira” at the “UPS Store” Did Their Job and Answered their Business’ PHONE! Taking the time to show the Customer, that they actually Care. This saved a Lot of Time, Stress and got my Questions Answered about pricing and availability! When no UPS in my area would answer the Phone, these helpful workers Did! They Go Beyond the usual and get things Done. Keep it Up! 📞 ✅

  This is my go-to UPS location in Valdosta. The young people who work there are patient and kind even when there are a lot of customers in line. They keep it clean and orderly too!

  Clara and Jake both went above and beyond to assist me. It is rare to see this type of customer service.

  The customer service was poor. There was a line of customers waiting, and one of the employees had her back to the customers copying papers without acknowledging anyone. Employees should be trained to communicate better with customers.

  Normally this Store is great especially the guys Working, they seem to really care about customer service and it feels like they go above and beyond. Today Haley was RUDE and snide when I walked in maybe 20-30 secs behind someone else at 3 maybe 3:01 the latest and turned me away while still helping her..in a very she doesn’t care type of attitude which was unnecessary there is a right way and a wrong way to talk to people especially customers. Seems Customer service is not important anymore. I could see if you turned both of us away or even said it politely But to take her and deny me with all the attitude was uncalled for (happy birthday to me) I was in a great mood.. I frequent this store quite often and wasn’t even aware that they close today at three I thought that was on Sundays or I would’ve put a little more pep in my step, but her attitude was just very harsh. I have one package ready to go it was a simple scan and go but again there’s a way to talk to people she needs to learn that a little kindness goes a long way. FYI doors were not locked until I was back in my car for at least another min. Just seemed all very unnecessary and unkind.
