  7:35pm food is not fresh at all, service is VERY slow……. Wouldn’t recommend this subway at all!

  This subway is horrible!! Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on someone to say something then my husband and I walked in & the boy just looked at us & didn’t even greet us. Poor customer service and my husbands pickup order was supposed to be ready at 8:08pm and here it is 8:15pm. This subway is just completely horrible and the young guy in here doesn’t have any customer service. Just plain out PITIFUL! Never again will I come back. DO BETTER SUBWAY ON INNER PERIMETER. Then when my husbands food was ready the guy said “ YOOO “ to my husband when his food was ready likee huhh excuse me sir.

  Third time in the last 6 months I have placed an online order. Each order says 15 min expected time. I always give them 30 just in case they get busy. Today went in again after placing order and was told they accidentally gave it away. Either they never make it or it gets given away. I work so I don’t have a long lunch period. This place is a joke

  Subways suck around here. The app lets you place orders when the stores are closed but supposed to be open. Then cant cancel the order. Cant reach any customer service. Local numbers dont work or they never answer. Then have to wait forever to get your money back.
