This review is specifically about the employee who assisted me during my visit. I waited while she finished a personal conversation with a coworker, and when it was finally my turn, she barely looked at my phone before dismissively saying, “Oh, we don’t do that.” There was no attempt to explain, help, or offer an alternative solution.
The attitude was condescending and unprofessional from start to finish. What makes this even more frustrating is that I immediately went to a Walgreens FedEx location and had the exact same label printed without any problem. That tells me either I was given incorrect information or the employee simply didn’t want to help.
Customer service should involve treating people with respect, even when a request can’t be fulfilled. Instead, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her. Management should review this employee’s customer interactions and provide additional training, because this experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire location.
The location has the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. If you don’t want to work with the public then don’t but the attitude that older lady that works there gives is extremely unnecessary. Everyone I send up there to mail stuff off comes back to me complaining about how rude she is for no reason.
I recently received medical supplies from the v.a in lake city florida. On many occasions the packages are damaged. Even when a package is marked perishable they will leave it outside instead of the office where they are directed to do. Last month they messed up 3000.00 dollars worth of medication. As it was not delivered in the proper place or condition. I strongly recommend that ups pick up the contract again.
