Rakish was very pleasant when I came in to purchase a phone. I was interested in unlocking my TracFone and he helped me to get activated with cricket. I think he is a very excellent sales person and I will forever be a customer to this store. I'm glad I met him because he had a lot of patience and never got smart or sarcastic but he was still pleasant. I was getting angry but he never got angry or mad and helped me a lot. You all have a great manager here and you should never let him go. Ps:Douglas jonds
