  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a new phone at the Cricket Wireless store in Valdosta, GA and had an outstanding experience thanks to the store manager, Dalet. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me transfer everything from my old phone and also helped me work through the insurance on it, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ve been a Cricket customer for about 10 years, and without a doubt Dalet is the best associate I’ve ever dealt with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left the store completely satisfied with my new phone. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you visit the Cricket Wireless location in Valdosta, I highly recommend asking for Dalet. She truly cares about helping customers and is a huge asset to the company.
