  I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located at 5851 Buffington Road in Union City. After ordering my sub, I went to the register to pay and noticed it did not ring up at the coupon price. The cashier was unable to get the coupon to work, so she called the owner. He stated that they do not accept that coupon, even though I had successfully used the same coupon at this location just last week. When I asked if they could honor the advertised $6.99 price listed on the website or if they would rather throw the sub away, I was told they would rather throw it away. That response alone was shocking and extremely unprofessional. Customer service clearly is not a priority at this location. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend this Subway to anyone. I plan to share my experience with others in my workplace so they are aware before choosing to visit.

  Absolutely awesome experience at this Subway! The staff was super friendly and moved fast while still paying attention to every detail. Everything was incredibly fresh, the bread was perfect, and my sandwich tasted amazing. The restaurant was spotless and had a great vibe. This place really goes above and beyond for a Subway—hands down one of my favorites. Can’t wait to come back!

  best subway in town and very easy access from the apartment i live in right across. best service and bread was fresh. would highly recommend it.

  Just left there after ordering the metal of the day. I let the new owners/ employee that the sodas are flat can I get a bottle, he tried to upcharge me instead of making the situation right.

  I waited 40 minutes for a salad is very unprofessional and slow. They need to get rid of all of those people who work here. People are walking out is my horrible experience I ever encountered. Please do not go here.
