  I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at the UPS Store in Tyrone, GA today. I came in to print a simple 11x14 image for my grandson to give to his Mom for Mother's Day. We had a house fire so I've been struggling a little, but I knew this would brighten my daughter's day. There were two people ahead of me, and several people came in after me while I waited. When it was finally my turn, the employee told me they only had 11x17 paper available. My image was 11X14. I said that was perfectly fine and that I could trim the extra paper off myself. Instead of helping me, she told me she was going to help the customers behind me first and would “get back to me.” I stepped aside and watched her assist multiple people who arrived after I did. When she finally returned, she changed her explanation and said they only had cardstock in that size and it would cost more. I again said that was fine. After making me wait even longer, she then claimed my image “wouldn’t print” on 11x17 paper unless I adjusted the image size myself. By this point, I felt embarrassed, dismissed, and singled out in front of everyone. As a Black woman in this area, the way I was repeatedly brushed aside while others were prioritized made the experience feel especially uncomfortable and hurtful. I left the store empty‑handed and in tears. To make matters worse, I called several other UPS Stores afterward, and every single one confirmed that printing an 11x14 image on 11x17 paper is completely normal and should not have been an issue. I drove to the Fayetteville location, where the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism and printed my image with no problem at all. I am so grateful of you.🙏🏾 I rarely leave reviews, but no customer should be made to feel ignored, minimized, or less important—especially in a way that echoes the racial dynamics many of us are already sensitive to in this area.

  I don’t know if this is where my package was loaded at to be delivered, but definitely delivered to the wrong address. I hope whoever gets my expensive shirts enjoys them.

  Rude staff watched multiple times while the guy with braids said nothing to anyone every time someone walked in. Didn’t say hello welcome and goodbye or anything even as a guest will say things to him
