  WARNING! Packing tape will cost you $3.00 per foot. Had to return an Amazon Item today via the UPS store in Tucker. Though I provided a box, it an packing was included in the return. Ripul RUDELY informed me that packing was not included. This women should not be working with the public! One of the most condescending, rude people I have ever met. I will find another UPS store to use in the future.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with UPS. While trying to ship a package to the U.S. Virgin Islands, the staff was laughing at my situation instead of helping me. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful during a time when I simply needed assistance. Because of that horrible encounter, I left and went to DHL just one minute away, where they handled my package professionally and with respect. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience with UPS was unacceptable.

  This store is a whole vibe! I’ve been to quite a few UPS Stores over the years, but this location is hands down my favorite. The team at this store has created something special. It’s not just a place to ship packages, it’s a whole vibe. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted by name, and that level of personal care never goes unnoticed. Manager Roderick Wagner clearly leads with intention because his team reflects it. Davonte, London, Katrina, and Nimsi each bring their own personality, but they all consistently deliver top-tier service. And let me say this, no matter what kind of mood I walk in with, it never lasts long. The energy in this place will turn you around quickly. Katrina, in particular, has a way of lifting your spirit the moment she says, “Hey, Ms. Freeman.” She’s like the “get your package together, auntie” in the best way possible. Full of joy, full of knowledge, and always on point. Every visit feels personal, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. This team doesn’t just do their job; they take pride in it, and it shows every single time. If you’re anywhere near Tucker, this is the UPS Store you want to visit.

  I’ve used UPS stores across the country, and this is officially the first time I’ve been refused the basic service of having a prepaid box taped up. Every other location handles this without question as part of the drop-off process, but this store clearly doesn't care about standard customer service or consistency. ​It’s incredibly frustrating to be turned away over a few inches of tape when the shipment is already paid for. This location is an outlier in the worst way possible. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different branch that actually understands how to treat customers."
