This is a bit of a mixed review. I purchased an FBI background check myself. When I went in, the young lady at the desk gave me the first part of the customer service. Instead of listening to what I said, she told me I would have to call the company that I am working for. I repeated that I purchased it myself. No company purchased it for me. She told me that I need a QR code. When I asked her for assistance, she repeated again that I needed a QR code. I realized then, she was going to be a bear minimum with any interaction as possible. I finally figured out the QR code situation, no thanks to her, and found it. She pointed me to where to scan the code. Again, no actual assistance. I did as the monitor told me to do, which isnt as easy as some may think. Then, went back to the counter. Thankfully, the other person helped me out and ensured that my fingerprints were scanned correctly and that I did what was needed. If not for the absolute nothingness of the first person, I would give 5 stars. I feel like the second woman truly saved the interaction. For the first young lady, If you dont feel like interacting, stay home! People pay for service.
